Key Responsibilities: -
1. Manage end-to-end NPD projects and timelines.
2. Develop new products as per customer requirements and specifications.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for trials, testing, and validation.
4. Handle product costing, BOM, and documentation.
5. Identify opportunities for product improvement and cost optimization.
6. Ensure quality standards and timely execution of projects.
7. RFQ.
8. APQP.
9. PPAP.
10. New Project Development.
11. Feasibility checks for new project.
12. Estimation of Time plan before start of any projects.
13. Daily Status Review with team for running projects.
14. Interacting with Customer regarding their running projects updates.
15. Responsible for Tool Modification as per Products Modification.
16. Responsible for mould manufacturing plan.
17. Providing Engineering support to manufacturing to improve quality and safety.
18. Injection Mould trials.
19. ECN feasibility Study and Implementation.
20. Material Indent and Purchase requisition.
21. IATF Documentation
22. Co-ordination with existing vendors &New vendor development.
